Have you ever looked for the perfect Chex Mix Recipe? Well, my niece, Megan has it. She has experimented for years and now I can say this is it! She has made the perfect Chex Mix. What we love is her perfect mix of spices. Looking for more from sweet to savory we have found some delicious Chex Mix Recipes. We love making our party mix in the oven but if you want a smaller batch try making Crock Pot Chex Mix.

At first when she sent us the recipe I thought. What on earth! But while this seems like an elaborate plan… I promise it is worth every pan and measurement. This two pan makes sure every handful is seasoned to perfection and makes enough for a crow!
Megan’s Chex Mix

Chex Mix Ingredients
- 510 grams Corn Chex
- 510 grams Rice Chex
- 396 grams Wheat Chex
- 425 grams Mixed Nuts
- 1 bag pretzels (we use a regular size box of cheese crackers or box of Cheerios because my kids aren’t pretzel lovers)
- 2 sticks salted butter
- Worstceshire
- Seasoned Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- 2 large baking pans
To get each morsel seasoned my niece recommends the two pan method and I have to agree that this is a must! In a large baking pan place half a box of each of the cereals along with a half of the nuts and 1-2 cups pretzels. Melt 1 stick butter. Add in 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire, 3 teaspoons season salt, 1 1/2 garlic powder and 1 teaspoon onion powder. Bake 1 hour at 210 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
