Download the printable. Print in color on white cardstock.

With a circle punch remove the circles. I can’t find the punch I used. The one I used measures close to 1 1/4 inch. It has a scalloped edge but works perfect. I also tried a 1 1/2 inch plain circle punch. It works, but is slightly bigger than it needs to be. The circles can also be cut out with scissors or x-acto knife.
Place the eos lip balm into the circle.
How pretty is that!
