Instant Pot Honey Bourbon Chicken {Soy Free Gluten Free} Recipe
2 pounds Chicken, thighs or breast Boneless/Skinless, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
½ cup chopped Onion
1 cup honey
½ cup coconut aminos (for soy & gluten free) or tamari (for gluten-free) or soy sauce
¼ cups Ketchup
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Turn Instant Pot to saute. Brown chicken in olive oil. Turn Instant Pot off and add remaining ingredient in the pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. That is all it takes for a quick and easy meal.
